Tweak99 is back! and the neighbors are happy

When selecting a location for the shop, I always try to find one in a neighborhood filled with people I like. Makes sense as I spend the entire day socializing with them. Since I loved my experience last year, I was determined to return to W 3rd St. Seems the neighbors are happy to have Tweak99 back.
